According to US weekly, Kelly Rowland is engaged to marry her boyfriend/manager Tim Witherspoon
she sparked engagement speculation recently when she appeared in a friend’s Instagram video sporting a shiny new ring on her left hand.
"She has been showing [the ring] off to friends and family and is very happy," an insider told Us. "She wants to...enjoy [it] and celebrate for a bit longer."
This will be the Destiny’s Child singer’s first marriage. She was previously engaged to football player Roy Williams before they split in January 2005, two months before their planned wedding date.
"I was too young for marriage," the Kelly told Cosmopolitan UK in 2011. "But sometimes you fall down and you learn from it."
She added that she’d be “ready for marriage when the right time comes.” Guess the right time is now.
The newly engaged couple have not announced any other details for their upcoming nuptials.
